Zachary Dean Thomas Pigg, “Zach”, of Elizabethtown, KY, passed away on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at the age of 37.

He was born on June 29, 1988 in Saint Charles, Missouri.

He was the beloved son of Charles “Dean” Pigg and Lisa Pigg, husband of Monica Pigg, devoted father to Grayson Pigg and Waylon Pigg, loving brother of Tory (Michael) Maiden, proud uncle to Rylee Maiden, cherished nephew, dear cousin and treasured friend of many.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Charles David Pigg and Anita Joan Pigg, grandmother Mary Beth Bertke, and cousin T.J. Pigg.

He was a 2006 graduate of Chesterton High School. He was an avid fan of the Saint Louis Cardinals, Missouri Tigers, and Alabama Crimson Tide. He loved being a father and husband more than anything. He loved showing off his truck at truck shows and jamborees, playing cornhole and wiffle ball, building models and RC cars, golfing, riding RZRs and listening to Hank Williams Jr. He was loved by all and always knew how to make people laugh. Family and friends will remember Zach for his grit (some might call it stubbornness), ability to fix anything, and unwavering dedication to those he loved. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
