Mark Hatcher (64)
July 21, 1961 – March 5, 2026

Mark passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 5th, surrounded by his loved ones.

One of Mark’s greatest joys outside of his family was traveling to warm climates with his best friends. He had a well-known appreciation for good Kentucky bourbon and never turned down the chance to share a glass and a story with friends and loved ones.

Mark is preceded in death by his son, Eric Hatcher, and his sister, Michelle Bryan.

He leaves behind his wife, Nicola Hatcher; his children, Anne Amodeo (Tom), David Hatcher (Kirsten), Katherine Hatcher, and Naomi Hatcher (Oliver); his sister, Theresa Fournier (Robert); and his grandchildren, Dale Hatcher, Isabel Amodeo, Alphonse Amodeo, Hudson Hatcher, and Alice White.

A Celebration of Life will take place at Farmdale Church on Saturday, March 14th, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Mark fought Multiple Myeloma for eight years. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (MMRF) themmrf.org.

No amount of words could best describe the privilege of having known Mark.
